After killing him, the hero acquires the first piece of the shattered Mageblade. Inside the dungeons of Florrenum is the Overseer's Lair, where you fight a boss. Note that there is only one way into this city, and that is through a door which really is a portal into the city.

You can buy the Plate Armor and Broad Sword from the marketplace, and the healer will restore your health to the maximum if you are injured. Like Greyhedge Village and Cairnwood Village, there is a marketplace and healer. Nothing much is known about the city, other than the fact that it was the seat of power for the king of this unnamed country.
